Gilkes require an IT Helpdesk Administrator for the expanding IT department.
Reporting to the IT Network & Systems Manager you will provide the first point of contact for the IT department, handling all incoming calls and monitoring incoming requests on the IT Helpdesk System, resolving incoming queries via remote support tools and escalating to higher tier support where appropriate. The ideal candidate should have good customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication.We offer a competitive salary and a generous stakeholder pension scheme.
