Supporting the COVID-19 Fight
20 gensets, powered by Cummins engines, are being installed at the new Nightingale Hospital at the Excel Centre in London to provide 24/7 emergency power.
Several of these gensets are powered by QSK50 engines built at Cummins Daventry with pumps supplied by Gilkes.
This is a great example of how maintaining our operations to meet our customers’ needs is impacting positively on fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is encouraging for everyone at Gilkes to know that we are playing our part & helping to support this critical facility, looking after those effected by this terrible virus.
